I will literally take another trip just to return to this place!!! It is twice as nice as the twice as expensive hotel we stayed in last night. I was so surprised!! And the staff, Nikki and Nikki;-), were awesome. Funny, helpful, and super cool. Considering this was an unexpected stop, it was a super quick reservation. I booked it in the car up the block and was in the room with my kids a few minutes later. We are waiting for the 8pm cookies in the lobby:-)! Even the beds are comfortable and everything is clean. I may move in. Not a single dirty sock on the floor!! Although, my kids just got here, so give it time...

I was very happy with my stay here! The room was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful- they checked me in nearly 3 hours early after my plans changed. I enjoyed the fitness room and free breakfast as well! I did think it was a little expensive for what really isn't a luxury hotel. But overall a very pleasant stay. I also appreciate the little environmentally friendly towel change option they had, even though I don't usually think about that when looking for a hotel.

I only stayed here for two days, but the staff here was outstanding. We arrived on a Thursday and that night they had "free pizza" night and it was delivered from Dominos and delicious. Every morning there was a free full breakfast which has an amazing selection of good fresh breakfast items. The manager and the girls at the desk were always so warm and friendly and helpful giving us information about the area. Loved Chrystal, she was a peach, my friend Linda and I looked forward to her smiling face and warm loving attitude every day, so sweet!

Great hotel. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Nicole was caring and understanding to make sure we were accommodated. I highly recommend the hotel when visiting Mystic, CT

The hotel is very clean. The complimentary breakfast is good. The weather wasn't the best , so an indoor pool would have been great. Otherwise, I would stay at the Quality Inn again.
