Holiday Inn Express Vernon - Manchester

Recently our client, touring comedian Zach Johnson, was in the area on tour and stay at this delightful property. Despite his late check in, the hotel staff treated him with kindness and hospitality you would expect during the day. After getting some much needed rest, he headed out to his gig (but not before having some amazing complimentary breakfast) to return that evening and relax a little in the pristine pool. When leaving, his quick check out let him get back on the road to his next stop and save him some time. With such a resounding endorsement we look forward to sending any future clients in the Vernon area here!

This hotel was a dream come true especially if all your dreams revolve around a sleeping on a decent bed. Also my door was built weird or maybe is just a little too far from the frame it closes at. You can easily get into my room with a credit card pushing the closing mechanism and don't need a key at all. I just dead bolted it when inside so I slept fine. 5/5 wasn't murdered in sleep.

What hotels don't have room service and serve alcohol? My dad booked me a 1 queen bed room, I got 2 queen beds. My mini fridge is making so much noise I keep having to hit it so I don't go crazy listening to it. My only complaint for a hotel that isn't considered "luxury" there's no room service or alcohol served. People have to eat more than just breakfast and not all of us want to go out to eat.

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use some updating but we're clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming

I had an overall good time but i have to leave a 3 star due to the management. The person on the floor above me was smoking weed all night and it stunk down in my room. It happened all night. They should manage issues better.
