Four Points by Sheraton Meriden

Lindsay, at the front desk, was cheerful and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Luis, the bartender, is phenomenal. We would return based on these 2 people. The hotel is dated, as others have noted, but clean and comfortable. It served it's purpose and lindsay and Luis pushed our experience over the top. A solid 3 star for the hotel, 5 for staff which gives an overall 4.

Not a bad Hotel. Price was right and the location works out well. Rooms have been updated some with added Outlets.

Company has been staying here for years this will be the last the service has been so bad this trip it’s crazy. The restaurant supervisor Gary has the personality of a door knob and is just rude they now close the bar and restaurant when he feels it’s time. Louis is the only good thing left in there After a 12 hr day of work you want a shower and bed get to your room and it hasn’t even been cleaned call down for clean towels well here I sit still what 3 phone calls and 80 minutes later waiting The elevators one been broken for weeks was here and April it was down month later still down the one working we joke is elevator roulette where it stop you never know The money is four seasons but the stay is motel 6 at best gave them one star only cause negative 2 wasn’t a choice

Right from the jump the staff was excellent. Checking in was fast and pleasant. There was no microwave in my room because I didn't choose a deluxe room but the beautiful woman that checked me in invited me to use the employee microwave when I was ready. I thought that was a small example of an employee going the extra mile for a guest. Very nice. If I did have a problem at all with my stay I would say it was also that. I feel every room over $100 should have a microwave and refrigerator.The wifi worked just fine, I did some gaming and listened to some music using the hotel WiFi. I did hit the sports bar downstairs for some beer wings and sliders. The food is great there. The wings are maybe the best around in my opinion. So it was an awesome experience.
