Red Roof Inn Meriden

Great staff great king rooms with fridges n microwaves.. Huge closet space complete with iron... Endless hot water hair dryers... Just fantabulous for the price! ♥

The staff at this Red Roof Inn was terrific. They did everything they could do to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The dates we were there were My 1-3rd, 2018. The staff of Kim, Sharon, Iris and Eric were quite helpful.

OK so no stay anywhere is free. So as a paying customer I would expect nothing less than great hospitality and getting the same level of respect I give and gave to all their employees. Whether it was the front desk or housekeeping we were respectful and still the head of maintenance had some problem with us so much so she treated us like criminals and gave off a vibe she didn't want us there. Mind you we had our rooms all paid for and no damages left behind so there was no reason for such treatment and the looks she would give us you'd think we did her wrong or something which is so not the case. Even when asking for her name which is Iris, she wasn't being customer service friendly. And as I walked away I overheard her ask the front desk if we were leaving yet? As if it's any of her concern. I do not recommend this place because if for some reason you just happen to become homeless I suggest you try a different location. By far the worst service I've ever received. And their breakfast wasn't fully available for 2 days. And when the manager was made aware of a situation he still left.

Didn't have one complaint. Other than no fridge. Nice and clean. Quiet, friendly staff. Will definitely go again.

Very unimpressive! Wifi was incredibly shoddy, rooms just seem really run down. Incredibly old television with very basic channels. We arrived in the middle of a blizzard, the parking lot was piled so high with snow you couldn't even park the car. We tried to pull into a turn around and got stuck. My husband spent an hour digging the car out. Staff was friendly, beds fairly comfortable, 12pm checkout was nice, no racing out the dour half asleep. Free continental breakfast, my kids really enjoyed that! I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again, but wouldn't refuse if need be.
