Best Western Plus New England Inn & Suites

I really liked the hotel. The check in went well, the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool is heated. I chose this place over the others because breakfast started at 7am, even on a Sunday. There are laundry facilities on site for guests. My room had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable, what more can you ask for?

My stay was a cost-effective option. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom compact but updated with granite. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. I enjoyed the full breakfast of hot and cold items. The desk staff were efficient and pleasant. I would stay again.

Beautiful, clean hotel, pool is heated, good location and quiet! Beds are very comfortable and the advertisement was exactly what it said, beds were queen size and the pictures show exactly what they have. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend to others. Will definitely come back!

Our stay was amazing. We were able to check- in earlier than anticipated and the room was very clean. We originally checked in to a 2 Queen room but asked to upgrade to a Suite after our toddler refused to sleep. Since we had already checked in using our points and used the room we would have to pay for the full room to upgrade. We completely understood and it was our decision to check in so early, to have that peace of mind was worth the price of the 2nd room! I don't know who was more apologetic, us or Irshad at the front desk. He went above and beyond and spoke with his manager several times to see if they could do anything for us so that we did not have to pay the full price. They were able to apply a 15% discount and moved us immediately. The Suite was fantastic and made the rest of our trip, everyone was able to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was your standard at most hotels though I was excited to see Almond milk as a choice for my coffee since I am lactose intolerant. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be staying there in the future when we visit CT.

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was pretty good. Definitely good service. The room was also very nice.
