Comfort Suites Southington - Cheshire

Typically I'm a "Holiday Inn Express" kinda girl but this worked out well. However their timing for having the pool closed for a fully booked hotel wasn't great. Free breakfast was subpar, wish I'd have brought my own protein bars. I assume they didn't prepare for a full house. Simple items like fruit were gone an hour into the breakfast. Rooms? Great!! Loved the size, comfort. Beds were great, Bathrooms were clean, showers were very clean. I'd stay again with a working pool and some more breakfast options!

Nice, convenient, safe location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfy beds & linens. Whirlpool big enough for 2 tall people!! Knocked off 1 star for 2 reasons... 1. The breakfast wasn't the best. (To be honest I love hotel breakfast and that is a highlight of any stay for me. They had several options but it wasn't well stocked and what was stocked was just... okay) 2. The pool was closed!! Wish I had known ahead of time. Despite those 2 little bumps we will definitely be back next year. We had stayed in a nearby Holiday Inn Express before and I definitely prefer the Comfort Suites. Next year I'll try to get to breakfast right at 7am!

Great room..comfy beds & pillows, clean, spacious, little extras. Attractive, fairly quiet, incl. Cont. Bkfst. Good price.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, nice soft bed, and a clean bathroom. There is room for a truck in the back. There is a TA across the street but fills up fast.

By far the WORST experience i have ever had at a hotel , Over priced to just sit in your room and do nothing. Its ridicoulous pool is EXTREMELY COLDD!!! Says heating pool om description its a TOTAL LIE!!! Their is literly only one good thing the breakfast but not much variety. I found 4 ants crawling along side the bed and chairs took pictures to prove. WIFI Dont waste your time BEYOND Slow!! Everytime we asked questions upfront the guy seemed bothered all you do is stand their why not answer concerns customers have ? Booked this hotel because of pool but that failed, Said complentary dinner also failed, Great "wifi" also failed.. Will never come back here again a waste of a room that was not cheap to do nothing.. Really sucks wish i never booked this place..
