Econo Lodge Milldale - Southington

First stay wasn't that great, we booked a smoking but was given non, they changed our room for us but not in the system. We had 2 different people try to enter our room. Woman at desk was rude and refused to help. Contacted owner, offered his apologies and a free stay. We accepted and enjoyed our second stay very much. Great location, great price, great owner.

I've been staying here for almost a year while I wait for a house to become ready. I'm very pleased with the results of this place. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If ever was a problem they are always on top of it. Housekeeping does a fantastic job cleaning the rooms and making sure that whatever I need it's available. I recommend this motel to anyone looking for just a few days or long term. They treat you like family here. Definitely 5 stars

Rented a room here a number of times already. Not a bad hotel at all. Nice rooms. Polite staff. Average price $75 total

The woman at the desk is the most rude, no filtered person I've ever met. Pure disgrace that you would hire and keep someone so unprofessional and rude! When you get put on the no rent list because the woman on the desk is mad she was reported, is insane. She clearly lied and said that we slammed the door, and then lied and said we snuck back in the room, when at 930am, we left to go to dunkin donuts and came back before check out time. That woman needs to be fired, and it's insane how they will allow an employee such as her to work in that environment. She is a liar and an evil person. Econo will hear from a lawyer, very soon. This place is absolutely insane. Many people obviously have complained about her and she is still employed there, insane.

Not bad room clean has truck parking out back..right next to t/a truck stop and a movie theater..plenty places to eat around it..I've come back 3 times now..shower wasn't working.2nd stay..and 3rd stay no shower curtain and food was left in refrigerator...so hope they do a better job cleaning rooms..well stayed here 4 times for work and each time it has been worst..done with this place..1030 pm some people trying to get in my room twice.. waking me up the front desk calls my room and ask for my name..why do you need my name i already checked in hours ago...place is shady...never staying there again... very noisy place ...
