The carpet was wet by the window. I couldn't sit at the desk because the office chair was broken at the lowest level and wouldn't raise up. There was a tuft of hair stuck to the shower curtain when I got there. I brushed it onto the floor and it stayed there for 3 days.

I went for a birthday party and the event room was ok. However it seemed like one of the staff members forgot to turn on the heater. As a result it was colder in the banquet room than it was outside. Thankfully the staff was able to fix it half way through the party.
