Hartford/Windsor Marriott Airport

I go here once a year at least for an event, and the staff is always pretty accommodating of our particular niche interest event. However, last I was there, we had to ask three times at ten minute intervals for water during a meal event, and I ended up just stealing a pitcher of water off the counter rather than ask a fourth time. The room in stayed in was also screeching... a constant high pitched whine coming from the air vent. We reported it, and I know it was too late at night to get maintenance out there, but a little sympathy would've been cool. Still, fairly professional overall.

Recently renovated. Rooms are modern. Decor is trendy. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Nice pool and workout room. Breakfast is nice but not inexpensive.

Totally remodeled, very modern style. I miss the trees and water inside, but the new look is sleek. Not a fan of the sliding opaque bathroom door in the rooms, though. Absolutely no sound barrier! Very clean rooms, lovely pillows!!

The place is always friendly and super helpful when we have our yearly event. I like a lot of the updates, but really hate the bathroom doors and closets. Not enough space or long enough for a dress. The bathroom door leaves nothing for the imagination. That's okay if you're in a room with a partner, but an acquaintance is really awkward. And the last time I went there was a snow storm and it was 2am. They were still going to charge me full price to stay in a room even though they weren't full. I'm sorry, but at 2am, you arent going to get enough people, why not let me pay half price and still be out of the room by 10? I ended sleeping on the floor of a friends room. They did bring extras pillows and blankets, so at least that was nice. I still think the restaurant is expensive for what you get as well.

For the price a paid this is wow! Super clean bedroom, spacious, comfortable, beautiful bathroom. Very good looking lobby. Even the hall smells good ! Indoor small pool, gym, excellent food delivery. I would definitely stay here one more time.
