This hotel needs work. My daughter was swimming in the pool and the bottom was dirty with bandages. The room doors slam and the keys hardly work. The employees talk out loud to each other and customers about how bad the hotel has been with cleanliness and that the pool just past it's first inspection (which was hard to believe). The beds are comfortable but they are fulls not queens so two people sleeping comfortably is out of the question. The employees are nice and helpful is the only complimented I would give this hotel

It’s a Nice Hotel. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and neat. They also have microwave and a small fridge. Breakfast is not included! They provide a van for airport pick up and drop off at the airport.

Staff were amazing. Front desk Cameron shared his knowledge of the area. He acknowledged my presence whie serving another customer making me feel important. John, the van driver was pleasant and very helpful with loading and unloading the bags. He also had a grab and go breakfast ready for us!

Location: Literally right off the highway. Very convenient and easy to find. Room: I was very impressed with the room and overall state of the place. Everything looked new, clean, and in good repair. Our room with a Queen had a couch, desk, and chair. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a very good value. We also had an excellent experience in the Restaurant. Food quality and portions were good for the price. Service: Aside from the wait staff at the restaurant(who were great) our only other contact with the staff was a man at the counter named Phil who checked us in. He was courteous, charming, and had a genuine conversation with my wife and I. Normally such an interaction is marked by awkward small talk but Phil was great as he checked us in. Probably my best check-in experience to date.

Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, especially considering the price point. My boyfriend and I called a few hours prior to checking in specifically asking about a pool only to arrive and find that it was closed. The concierge couldn't have mentioned that when we called? On top of that our room's bathtub drain wasn't working properly. When we called for someone to fix it, instead an inexperienced concierge looked at it, admitted that he had no idea what to do and transferred the two of us from a king room to a double. I understand that its a Monday night but that shouldn't have that severe an impact on service and staffing.
