Days Inn by Wyndham Iron Mountain

I'm too used to sleeping on my memory foam mattress, i think - the beds seemed hard and uncomfortable to me. Room was nice, sink is outside bathroom, which was a little odd. Pool is salt-water instead of chlorine, which is different (and preferable for some people). Continental breakfast is a bit lacking - no hot food, except for the make-your-own waffles, or instant oatmeal packets. They had some omelettes, but they were in the fridge... no hot meats/proteins. Service is prompt and friendly. For a budget hotel, a good choice.

Very well run hotel. Beds are good with nice pillows. I travel weekly and you wont find a better stay at the price.

Great value. Service is hit or miss. Pool was really nice, but frequently needs repairs. Continental breakfast available. Rooms decent. Would consider alternative hotels next time we stay.

Clean rooms, clean beds, clean towels. Lots of TV channels. Wifi sucks horribly. Walmart across the street.

Staff has no clue what they are doing. We booked a pool party for our child on a Saturday, and made a reservation all over the phone. Called to verify the party and were told that they don't do pool parties on Saturdays and don't know who told us that and claimed we must be mistasken, even though they clearly saw our reservation for Saturday when we cancelled it. Incompetence at it's finest.
