Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Told me on the phone my Netspend card would work. When I was dropped off, card wasnt accepted. I then had to make super last minute plans for my daughters field trip for the very next morning. The people I dealt with at the time in the store were empathetic to my situation, unfortunately couldn't get me into a rental without different card as form of payment.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was signed up for the damage waiver without my approval, then they tried to get me to pay for both the damage waiver AND damage to the vehicle. I threatened a fraud claim. After speaking to Rachelle Love on multiple occasions, I can say without a doubt, she is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Her title as branch manager should be revoked; I feel sorry for her employees, and the customers she deals with. I won't be returning to Enterprise for future car rentals. Rent from a company who is here to help you, not swindle you into paying for things you never asked for or agreed to.

Got charged for smoking because they found a pack of cigarettes in the car that fell out of my pocket when I returned it. They couldn't tell me where any ashes were when I talked to them but after I yelled they told my girlfriend they found ashes. Definitely looking to make extra money through lies. Enjoy that $200! Sad u can't leave zero star.
