Overall the experience was satisfactory. The car I wanted and reserved was scheduled for a LO&F, so I only had 1 other car available. Everything about that car was fine except the seats totally sucked for a trip from Kansas to San Antonio and back. 3 hrs into the trip I was ready to get on a bus and ride. 2017 Hyundai Sonata, crappy seats.

Simple booking online however did not get the correct size of car. They would have upgraded after the fact but we simply didn't have time to make the accommodations. They did give vouchers and apologize. The customer service is always great. It would be  nice to talk to a live person on the phone instead of an automation.

We rented a minivan for our trip to Florida. We ended up going in 2 hours before our reservation time but it wasn't an issue. Harrison was the agent I worked with. He got us out quickly. We extended our trip by a day and the guy I talked to over the phone was very helpful. The guy I dropped the keys off with was very nice.  Everyone was professional and friendly.

Always a great experience working with Enterprise.  They go out of there way to provide excellent customer service.  Highly recommend them.

There was an issue with my rental but they fixed it right away. Gave me 20% off my next rental. Better than Hertz. Would trust enterprise any day.
