Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Whole experience with this location was great. I needed a car due to excessive repair time with a local shop. They weren't sure when my car would be ready, so Leslie in reservations set me up with a weekly rate, just in case. Zach was our service coordinator when we picked up the car, and everything was smooth and fast. Wouldn't you know - the repairs on my car were done that day! I went to return the rental, and Jackie provided excellent service, prorated my weekly rate, and dropped me off at the dealership. Exceeded my expectations!

After my husband's accident 2 weeks ago. Zach was there to help with procuring a vehicle while ours was out of commission. These guys went to great lengths to help even up to the last day we had the rental. We will always go to Enterprise for our rental needs and are happy that we met Zach and his team. Please dont hesitate to contact them and let them help you too.

Awesome experience with this Enterprise location, the original car that I rented had a weird smell to it and when I called to tell them of the issue they immediately told me to come in and exchanged my car out for a better car and they gave me a 15% discount plus full tank of gas ~ next visit I have a free upgrade THANKS ~ excellent customer service
