Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience with the great people that work here. The car I rented was entirely too small for the trip I was taking and I had absolutely no issues upgrading it to a better car for only a couple more dollars a day. I also don't have a major credit card at the moment if they make it very easy to just bring in one of your utility bills with your address, ID, proof of insurance and $150 deposit.... Honestly I don't think that's too bad of a deal.

Rent vehicles from Enterprise often due to the convenience. This time I rented a Ford Focus and wasn't satisfied with the vehicle. I went to three different locations for a replacement with little to no assistance. However, Matt Anderson @ Raytown location was able to help me with no problems. I'm so thankful for his outstanding customer service with a smile.

Excellent customer service, Matt was very helpful, I told him I was interested in purchasing a certain car and was hoping I would be able to rent it for a road trip, he went above and beyond to ensure I was able to rent that specific car. Highly recommend them!

The staff called me to let me know what I needed to bring to ensure a timely and efficient process. When I got there the manager was very helpful and kind got me on my way in no time. Have dealt with this one on several occasions and each time seems to get better.

Enterprise is the ONLY vehicle rental agency I use. They have been consistently reliable with very competitive rates and excellent customer service. I thank Enterprise for a wonderful relationship.
