I've used this business before although in a different location. Their guidelines regarding the use of debit cards are a little archaic. You have to have copies of utility bills to legitimize a debit card. They do accept a digital copy that's been downloaded from a website though but still, many people don't still get paper copies of bills anymore. Most just get notifications but as mentioned, you can work through it with digital copies. Note - you have to do this everytime a vehicle is rented. They don't have a way to keep a copy of file or associate an approval for future rentals.

After having 2 floods in 3 weeks they helped us stay in a rental after insurance stopped paying until we were able to buy a new car. Recommend to everyone!!! Great people!!

Pick up in Harrisonville was great, drop off at MCI not so much...they do not answer the phone.
