Budget Car Rental

I got a good price but that's not my problem. After leaving the facility & down the road a few hundred miles. I realized my credit card was not given back to me. I called the facility to inquire about it. The man I spoke w/ said he would check the lost & found. He returned to phone stated that it was locked up in a safe box & only the manager had key. I would have to check back on Mon. which was 3 & 1/2 days. There should be more than 1 person in charge of that. I then was told I would have to change from original card to a different one in my name. In order to pay the balance or come back the next day & return the car. Which didn't work for me because I lived 60 miles away. That would make a 120 mile trip out of my way. They did finally except my debit but only after signing a credit approval first. I just hope this never happens to anyone else. I ended calling my credit card company to cancel it out so it couldn't be used. To much hassle & waist of time. Considering I just got in from a 10 hr. drive. I was tired & still had another 60 mile drive to my home.

Very "I can't" attitude for my parents that rented a car for our trip. My parents are married and they hassled them first about credit card for prepay versus whose name was "driver" even though both were there. Then we had a low tire after only driving it from airport to place we stayed and they told my parents they had to buy new tire because they waived insurance. Nail was probably already in it. No customer service. Choose other!

Service was a bit slow. No issues with the car did however get a charge for a couple silly things. Service fee for extended rental (never had that happen before) also charged for a gallon of gas. Check their hours before going.

I rent cars all the time. For the 4th time I received a car that wasn’t full. In addition, I didn’t know they offered a NRA discount. I do now know they stand against my ability to own a gun. I’m an NRA member. I will no longer rent cars from them.

When picking up my car the sales guy Tried every underhanded way to upcharge what I had already paid for by phone. Then , they expect a 60+ woman to find their car in a pitch black parking lot....no security. After returning my car with full tank, rep said everything was fine. Credit card statement showed they made 2nd charge with $30+ . BEWARE!
