Went over every detail of the rental agreement and every detail of the car.  Left me with nothing to worry about!  Fantastic customer service.

We were in a pinch, our vehicle broke down while we were on vacation and we had prepaid tickets for a show in Branson. The guys at Enterprise we’re aware of our need and we were in a 2018 Ford F-150 in less than an hour from the time I called and set the rental  up we made our show with about 15 mins. to spare. Awesome job Enterprise you definitely have our business when we need a rental.

Beware of renting from this location. We rented a vehicle this past weekend and they are claiming we returned it with hail damage. The vehicle was in Overland Park, Kansas Memorial Day weekend and Google and The Weather Channel will show clear skies with no weather issues however they are still claiming the vehicle sustained damage in our care. Again, beware of renting from here.
