Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have used Enterprise for 20+ years. I have never had a confirmed request changed when I got there to pick up a vehicle. I wanted a car because I was driving to Florida to pick up my grand daughter. And I needed something good on fuel and comfortable. When I arrived I was told they were putting me in a pathfinder but would give me a discount on it($10) and a half tank of gas. By the time I did this round trip, I used about $60 extra in fuel. I did complain when I got back with the vehicle and the Assistant manager took care of it. We pick our granddaughter up every other month and would hate to stop using Enterprise. I will make sure before driving to Jefferson City that a car is available, otherwise I will go somewhere else.

BEST in price, BEST in customers service , BEST car rental in the nation.....It's a 1 stop shop for renting vehicles. We had a GREAT experience. Thank you Enterprise!!!!!!!

Never had an issue at this location. Almost had an issue to where I wouldn’t have been able to rent a car due to me having an out of state license while paying with a debit card (which I’ve never had anyone say anything to me before). I am attending a funeral tomorrow so this would have been nerve wrecking had I not been able to rent. Of course the representative Lucas was just doing his job which I understand Because I also work in customer service but he made it happen for me to rent. 5 stars as always!!

This Enterprise and the folks that work there are fantastic! Had me in a car and in my way within minutes. Very easy to deal with!!

Made a fake account so couldn’t be called. But to start off wow! This group is awesome! You always fear having to call a 1-800 # to set something up. But when when mentioning that to the guy on the phone he said no problem he’d love to set it up for me. believe his name was Luke. When we got there they held door open for us, the manager shook everyone’s hands! Doesn’t happen much anymore! I’m an older guy so that set the tone for me that day. We got a free upgrade to a suv and they comped has to make up for not having small car. As we were leaving a couple was in there throwing a fit, and the group handled it very well. Not only did they settle the situation down they explained everything to a T! Dylan is one who got us on the road! And he didn’t leave any questions unanswered! We will be back :) Thanks for the quick and professional service!
