Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car (Corolla) was great . Drove great, comfortable, and great gas mileage. But, was dirty bug all over the front of car, stains on seats and floors needed vacuumed. Enjoyed the drive to Fla it made it a pleasant trip. I’d rent a corolla again.

This was the second enterprise my husband went to to rent a car for a business trip. He requested specifically a car that would get good gas mileage at both places. Both times was told they had one for him and when he shows up all they have is a truck. How do you not know what inventory you have?

I absolutely love Enterprise. Not only were they willing to work with me on a “price match” they even added the fuel option for me because I forgot to sign up for it in the beginning. So I was able to bring the car back empty and fill it for 1.75 instead of 2.25 a gallon. They called half way thru the rental to make sure everything was awesome. And when I got back home. They even offered to help unload my stuff Into my car.

Had to have work completed on my vehicle at Schicker that fell under the warranty. I was told a rental would be taken care of for me. Walked in and frustrated because I wasn't expecting any of this to take place. The staff was extremely fast, friendly and helpful. This was the easiest car rental experience I've ever had in my life !
