Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Received great service here! They picked me up in a timely manner and dropped me off in a timely manner! All in the car that I utilized during my rental. It was hassle free since I was renting through my company. But I would expect the same if I was renting for myself too. The people are friendly and make you feel like you are valued, even if you are not the one paying. The car I received for my rental was great and I had no issues with it. I even loved it more than my own.

Jay was very helpful in waiting for me at the hotel to pick me up. But being weekend and that too about 12:30 pm, the customers were backed up. They need more staff to take care of the business. Service was overall very good.

Every time I rent a car here it’s effortless. Because they only charge 20% deposit on the rental I don’t have any astronomical holds on my credit card. If I ran into any minor issues in the past Management more than made up for it. They have a decent inventory. I’ve used them for leisure vehicles and insurance claims. Staff has great communication!

WORST LOCATION EVER TO RENT A VEHICLE FROM! THEY GAVE ME A VEHICLE WITH EXPIRED PLATES THAT I DROVE ON FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT DO TO MY VEHICLE BEING IN THE SHOP. I GOT PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE. THATS THE ONLY WAY THAT I FOUND OUT. THEY TOLD ME THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO FILL UP THE GAS TANK FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. SO I CONTACTED COPORATE AND IM STILL WAITIN FOR A CALL BACK...

If I could give minus stars I would. First an employee, Jabari, told me when I called at 2:30pm that I would be picked up at my hotel shortly; no one came. I called back at 5:30pm and another employee, Sean, told me they close in 30 minutes and no one was picking me up but they could pick me up the next morning. I didn't really have a choice so I was picked up the next morning. I was given most filthy car I have ever rented. It was a 2016 Toyota with stains all over the seats and filthy floormats and the inside of the windshield looked like someome sneezed on it. I should have refused the car but i just wanted to get a car and get home. Enterprise should be embarrassed to give a customer a car this disgusting. This was an awful experience.
