Budget Car Rental

Got bad experiences at this location. Not once but twice. He did not give us the vehicle we signed up for. Vehicles were old and got bad smell in them. He has never been nice to us even once. I would not go here anymore.

I like Budget Car Rentals and usually rent from them but the service I recieved at this location was quite below par. We had booked a premium sedan but were told by Mike upon reaching the location that they just had an SUV on short notice. On mentioning that we had booked the car almost 3 nights ago, he was still adamant that I was wrong. He checked his system and stood corrected. He was not at all friendly, and in a haste to do other things than talk to us. The car that was provided was also not cleaned properly on the inside. Very dissatisfying experience!

I've been renting from this location for a while now and Harris is awesome. Great customer service including helping me with great deals for my weekly rentals. Simple things that will keep me coming back. There are locations closer to me but this kind of service keeps me coming back. Awesome job Harris!!

The rental guy was very helpful, and even offered to drive me home when I forgot my keys. He was great. I highly recommend renting here.

This is a great location to rent a car. Harris and his brother are the best. They have provided us with over-the-top customer service and have made our rental experience the most enriching one. This is the location I will definitely go to for my car rental needs. They deserve my business!
