Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service! They dropped me off at my hotel right down the road for free. I had an early morning flight and didn't want to hassle with returning my car that morning. I asked if a taxi could pick me up from the rental return location and they said they could take me to my hotel. I didn't know they could do that.

Your Chesterfield office compromised my credit card. I now have a new one and intend to pay the bill. In my profile, I can not update payment methods. Looks like other companies will get all of our corporate business.

I really don't like Enterprise. And it's not the fault of the people of work there I want to make that clear. The people working at Enterprise are just doing their jobs; no I don't like the company policies. They don't take Debit unless you can prove in triple you live in the state. Won't run a card twice if it doesn't work the first time, yet don't take cash. I seriously want to lose my composure against one of these people trying to do their jobs cause of company policies.

Great place friendly staff. The cars are always newer clean cars. They run a customer friendly business. The only time I ever had a problem was in Denver.

Chesterfield Missouri branch office is a helpful and a rare delight to deal with. We have been using them for over 6 years now and have never had a bad experience. Tim the manager goes out of his way to be of service to his clients. We will be utilizing their services for the foreseeable future. Many thanks
