Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would like to thank Cody and Veronica for exceptional service. However, our car was not clean and I had to ask Veronica to go clean the inside a little more. The car was not washed. we had to clean windows at gas station. When we returned the day after the holiday, there were three agents and they were backed up.All of them were extremely polite and worked to get the customers taken care of.I love this location , however management should give hem more help. Cudos Coty and staff you all rock! Clean cars please :)

Use to have a great staff! Miss the old staff, they were thoughtful of others especially to other businesses......not this staff. ☹ i guess they run the plaza and no one else☹

Jacob B. is phenomenal! He's efficient, down to earth, and made me feel comfortable in renting from Enterprise. I participated in the night drop that this location offers. The process was quite convenient. My only complaint is that I had to call at lunch the next day to verify and close out my rental. When I initially called to discuss return options, I was informed that a representative would be contacting me shortly after they opened. This was not the case. Additionally, the gentleman that I closed my rental with possessed basic customer service skills and was mildly friendly on the phone. If I had the opportunity to have the entire rental handled by Jacob B. I would have given five stars.
