Extremely disappointed experience with enterprise. We called this location to get the price of a last minute car or suv. The gave us a quote. We booked the car online since it already had my information saved. When we got there the associate told us there were no cars available from enterprise in St Louis. If that was the case I wish they should have been able to tell us on the phone ahead of time. After about half an hour of us waiting with him on the phone. He ended up "finding" us a minivan that I guess was on the lot the whole time, but the car smells like cigarettes and gets significantly worse gas milage.

I was assisted by Billy, who is the branch manager, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. I was staying at the Hyatt, but had a family emergency in another state, and it was faster to drive than to fly. I went into the Enterprise flustered and frazzled and he was so helpful. He expedited the process, and basically shooed me into a car to be on my way more quickly than I could have hoped for. He was kind, courteous, and professional and really went out of his way to help me. I hope you see this review, Billy, I’m genuinely grateful for everything you did. :)

They were very prompt with service and even offered a few suggestions with sites to visit. When we brought the vehicle back, they met us at the car and the process only took a couple minutes. They helped make our trip better by causing any problems at all. I do wish they could have taken us to the airport, but that is Enterprise corporate policy with the distance they can drive us.

Billy and his team are wonderful! I had a car theft and was placed with them for my rental. The entire process was fully explained, easy and a great experiance from start to finish. Thank you again.
