Hertz

i have used Hertz in ofallon multiple times with ZERO issues at all. i recently moved to st peters so i set up to get my rental at this location since it was more convenient. big mistake. i had a reservation and all my insurance info sent to this location. i called ahead 2 hours before i went there to have them assure me that there were “plenty of vehicles” and i could pickup “anytime” before 5pm and would not need to bring any information since insurance sent my info over. so i leave work early to make it there by 5 and am told “i have no idea who you talked to or why they would have told you that we have any cars available we havent had any cars all day” i confirmed with this man who said he was new that i did call their phone number to that location and talked to someone at that location and he has no idea why i was told there was vehicles available. then someone brings in a ford escape and he tells me i can just take that car even though it JUST arrived and hasnt been cleaned or inspected or anything? then he and his manager both tell me i cannot even rent any vehicle with them because im not the primary name on the policy even though im an authorized driver on the policy and the owner of the vehicle and my insurance company noted on the info they sent over that i am authorized to rent a car and am over 25. he said i would need documentation that my name is on the policy or they couldnt rent to me. i have never dealt with these problems at ofallon Hertz. went to Ofallon Hertz this morning and they let me rent a vehicle with no headache or problems and i didnt even call ahead to the ofallon location. i would NEVER use this Hertz location ever again

Extremely rude Kenny should never deal with the public again, Has a hot button redy to blow at any time. As a follow up I'm now finally home 3 hours later after a nother Hertz rent a car location had to come pick me up from this location. What a piece of work this kid is. As a side note apparently this 66-year-old man must have intimidated him greatly as he called 3 police cruisers for me while I was already outside, We shook hands and laughed about me flipping off Kenny have a great day Kenny!!!!! HERTZ NEVER EVER AGAIN TERRIBLE TRAINING.

What a joke this rental place is. I received poor customer service from a guy named Kenny twice on the phone. The first time I called asking questions he hung up on me when I was not finished talking. I will never use Hertz rental company ever again. Train your employees some customer service skills it's embaressing.

Great Experience with Kenny in St Peters, MO. I will defiantly get my rental cars from here from now on.

Yep I can see why all the bad reviews, avoid this place like you would avoid the plague , bunch of idiots that work here, can't send a simple email stating total cost for days of rental, I would assume only reason they are open is bc they are right next to a body shop and people rent from them for convenience, I wouldn't rent from them again that's for sure………… update…… was in office for over a hour, apparently whoever helps you first you have to stick with no matter what, only 2 stations and 2 reps to help, and the area they keep cars must be far bc it seriously took 15-20 mins for them to get a car pulled around, this place is a complete joke and total failure, I got skipped twice while waiting to pay for rental, had to make a quick phone call ( my fault I know) but to seriously act like I'm not even there for 45 mins is a little ridiculous , oh before you say why didn't you ask for the manager……… he was siting right there doing nothing to help but to service the customers that hadn't been helped which is good but wouldn't you would help the customer that just standing there and was there for 45 mins?? Horrible horrible horrible
