Budget Car Rental

This place has the friendliest and most helpful staff. I wasn’t able to rent a car due to no credit card with me and not passing credit check and they apologized to me! The manager was also giving me a discount that I should have gotten online even though I was a walk in. I will go to any of these places again! Best customer service!

Certain employees will outright lie to you about what you're getting. For example, I rented a truck and was offered insurance coverage on the truck and liability coverage on potential damage to other vehicles. I said, "I'll take both." I was given papers to sign and initial and I did so. Later, I find out I was not given the paperwork to sign for the liability coverage, nor was I properly billed for it. All the while the employee that served me was making it clear that I had both when I rented the truck and when I returned the truck.

I rent from this location regularly and exclusively. They are easily one of the best rental facilities I've ever encountered. Nick really understands his customers. Friendly, helpful, honest, and very accommodating. Highly recommend. These guys will take care of you!

As a small business owner, I appreciate and value the way the manager, Nick, cares for all of his customers. He makes interacting with him feel like doing business with a friend. He and his staff take great care of me. The cars are always well-maintained and clean. Because of this, I use Budget wherever and whenever I need a rental car.
