Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I returned to Enterprise after a hiatus of a year. I had stopped using them earlier because it took time to get picked-up and checked-out in time with the right vehicle that I had booked. It seemed like things were jinxed with me. But at all the multiples times I visited them in the past, they were always professional, respectful, and courteous. This time I was picked-up and was able to check-out in reasonable time. As before, the staff is great. I interacted mostly with Donnie, and he was a young trainee who did an excellent job. The cars are always clean, and they work hard to make sure that you leave satisfied. I'll be back there again. And one thing I know they will provide is great service and clean cars. Now just keep making sure I get picked up on time :)

Enterprise on Washington in st louis is always prompt and super sincere! I wouldn't go anywhere else, that being said I only have 1 negative and that is cars are not always available for what you rent such as I rented a full size but they didn't have what I wanted or when I wanted to switch out cars they only had minivans. I'm sure no fault of this location but maybe booking online should cater to that location to show what is available .

Would have liked to have given ZERO Stars.... as I had one day only in St Louis to be with my daughter (brief visit from UK) so booked a car online before heading downtown by Metro and walking. Discovered on arrival that they didn't have any cars and that those being returned were all reserved already! I realize this is not the fault of the staff in this branch who redeemed the situation a little by driving me to another branch (though they didn't have any cars either!), but it should NOT be possible to 'book' a car online if there isn't one available!! This is most unprofessional and I can only think it's a ploy to get you into the branch (thinking you have a good price) and then offer a higher priced car when the car chosen isn't available! In the end I had to take an Uber to a different company (+$10) to hire a car costing $100 rather than the $18 I thought I was going to pay! It really is false advertising and I am severely disappointed and concerned about this unethical practice. Enterprise bosses - you should be ashamed of yourselves...

Skyler the branch manager is seemingly racist and decides who he rents to based on his own personal preference. Had to drive to the south county location to rent a vehicle because skyler, the branch manager kept producing obstacles. 5 stars to the south county location 1 star to this location, sincerely, a black customer.

I generally rent from this location because of the awesome service I get. While I've tried other locations this one has been the best for me from the staff and service team. I can't say that in all of the last 12 years that I've rented from Enterprise even when they were located at Vandeventer Ave, that I've ever had an issue with them. My preferred car rental even in other cities that I fly too.
