HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The manager Elvis knew for several days that he did not have the furniture pads I needed for my move, but did not tell me when I called ahead to make sure all was great for my move.  I was told 10 minutes before closing, that they had no pads for me.  Also, they have me a truck that was NOT road legal and the agent at the drop off place said the truck never should have been given to me. I complained to corporate and they offered me a $30 credit on an $800 or so bill. I complained 2 more times and was told that $65was plenty for my troubles.

Was great!!! They got the vehicle I asked for and just really went over and above all my expectations. I would recommend and will gladly use them in the future.

Before I was iffy on this place based on the past reviews below but I still gave it a shot. The person helping me out I think his name was Elvis? He was great and explained everything to me about getting a car. Definitely recommend this place if you're finding a rental spot.

Had a car reserved but when I got there, my car wasn't... They explained that whoever had the car I reserved, hadn't yet turned it in, so I was given an upgrade at no cost... The whole staff was friendly, apologetic and did their best to make sure that I left satisfied... I will definitely use them again...
