I have a corporate account here, one day I called and told them I needed a car (which was reserved) as soon as they opened, I didn't have time to wait for a car from another location.  I arrived early, before they opened and as I was getting out of my car he had pulled my rental right there for me so I could get on the road quickly.   Thanks for going over and beyond.

I waited for over an hour for someone to show up with the rental car I reserved. The manager was nice and gave 20% off my bill but the damage was done. The person working at this location was a fill in and didn't know what he was doing. He couldn't work the computer or printer and was not very professional.
