Avis Car Rental

I can't speak highly enough of this location and the owner, this is the ONLY place you should be renting cars in Columbia. The owner Abshir, delivers some of the best customer service, he's flexible, friendly and always ready to help. I typically book my rentals online in advance and due to an changed flight, I walked in a day early thinking I wouldn't be able to get a car and he made it happen with no questions asked, I was literally in and out (with a car) in 5 min. I rent from them on a monthly basis and while they aren't located at the airport, I can assure you it's worth the short drive and the huge savings!!

Thieves. I forgot a backpack in the trunk when I returned the car. Went back an hour later and they gave me the backpack, but all valuables had been stolen. Manager didn't care and took no action.

We have rented from this Avis numerous times. We have moved our kids to and from college numerous times. Abshir is awesome. He always remembers me. He is friendly and helpful, and ensures that the vehicle we have will fit our needs. He upgraded our last pick up and it was life saver. Everything fit and it was the perfect vehicle. I also like the prepay option that is available on the website. I highly recommend this business.

Always a great experience. The owner takes pride in having an assortment of vehicles on the lot to cater to the customer. He has fantastic customer service skills and he is pleasant to talk with. Will remember you by name and will definitely come back for all my rental needs!
