The male named JD was not very accommodating. They did not have a car available so they tried to raise the price to put me in an SUV.  I'm not paying extra because they don't have availability. I rent cars a lot from a lot of different places and if they don't have a car they upgrade at no additional charge. I will not do business at this location as long as JD is working there.

My experiance with enterprise was amazing. 
Rented a 2016 jeep patriot and was a great vehicle except for has mileage. About halfway through my trip it was useing more gas than i vould afford, went to a different enterprise and the gave me an awesome little car no questions asked. Made it home with no issues. After that. 5 stars deffinatly will go to enterprise again

We reserved a car while our car was to be in the shop showed up for scheduled time nobody in the office had a line of people outside waiting had to leave without car and find a ride home from the shop we dropped our car at called to request the bring us the car refused that service Wich is what I thought enterprise done never use them again poor poor service
