Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good cars and value. The crew that works there does an excellent job but they are understaffed and that is a problem of management, not the staff at the shop. Not just understaffed here and there, seems to be a chronic problem over a long period of time.

I don't own a car so I rent one from Enterprise at least once a month to run my errands. I love the friendly staff. They pick me up at my house and return me when I return the car. Fast friendly service always.

Needed a rental while my truck was in the body shop. With my work hours I had a very short window to pick up the vehicle, I got quick and smooth service. Car was very nice, no issues.

This was my first time renting from Enterprise. I was highly pleased with the customer service I received. The vehicle we rented was in excellent condition(a little dirty on the outside but that happens this time of year) I am horrible with names so I cannot remember who checked us in but she was wonderful(I also learned she was new so GOOD JOB!!) Andy checked us out and he also was wonderful to work with! We will be back again soon!

the staff was friendly, and helpful in a time of need. had a bad accident, and the insurance company of the person who hit me wanted to give me a small car, and I'm a tall guy. the staff talked to the insurance company and got me a larger sized car at no extra cost to me. thanks enterprise!
