Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Probably one of the best Enterprise locations I’ve ever been too and I travel for work. The employees are all super friendly, patient and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. They are ALWAYS busy on Mondays so either get there early or be prepared to have a little patience. Great group of guys!

Someone rear ended us and the insurance company called enterprise to set up a rental. They were able to come pick us up right away, even though it was around 5:30. The guy who picked us up was really nice. Don’t remember his name but he said he was an attorney. Held all the doors open for us in and out of the building. They didn’t have a regular car available so they upgraded us to a premium car for no extra cost. Car was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and patient with us asking a lot of questions. Would use this enterprise again.

I would absolutely refer my family and friends to this location! The staff is extremely helpful, they got me out and on the road in less than 10min, they helped me with any questions that I had. But what I love most about the staff at this location is their honesty!! I left my $800 fur coat in the trunk over a week and remembered that I left it in there, when I called up there they asked me how it looked and yes it was still there! If that’s not the best customer service I don’t know what is... I will most definitely be doing business at this location for here on out!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This place smells like a homeless person riding a wet donkey on its way to hell. This place is so gross. The walls have boogers from people waiting. The blinds have dust so thick you can see it starting to slump. The bathroom has a bottle of soap that is stuck to the counter and empty. It doesn't look to have been cleaned since the 90's. The workers are dressed nice which is probably the cleanest thing here, although they have a slime ball like attitude. I can only imagine how the car is going to be.

Enterprise is such an awesome company to rent from. They are straight forward with information and they never give you a runaround. Thanks to Zack for his good customer service and for helping us to get on our way.
