Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently rented a Pickup truck for my beach vacation and loved it! As silly as it sounds, the pickup truck was perfect for my trip. It was so clean and pretty with plenty of room and decent gas mileage(20-22mpg). Yvonne was who took care of me and she was great!! She was so sweet and helpful!! I use enterprise every time I need a rental and have never been disappointed!! -Katie R

We picked up the car on a Saturday. During grad week. They were extremely busy. My wait was less than 20mins. Drop off was the following Saturday, my wait time was about the same. I had a great experience with the staff, friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent again from Rolla Enterprise.

I have nothing but the best to say about Enterprise in Rolla. I arrived late for my rental, so when I called ahead to verify I would still have a vehicle Mackenzie answered and politely assured me that I would have a vehicle for my trip. Then when I arrived I was met by Mrs. Yvonne. She was both curious and professional. The entire process was seamless, quick and reliable which makes me a loyal Enterprise customer. I look forward to renting from this location for all of my vehicular needs.

Through an unfortunate mishap I had to rent car and Mrs. Yvonne made a stressful situation painless. Her warm welcoming, patiences and understanding of my frustration was very refreshing. With quick, easy and great service she showed a true concern to ensure I was taking care. This by far has been my best experience with enterprise and would recommend the Rolla, MO location to anyone. Wonderful customer service and great employees.
