Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The manager of this location reached out to me. She expressed her apologies for the service I received. I really appreciate this level of customer service. I will continue to use Enterprise as my business partner.

I had a truck from Enterprise rented for a few weeks went to Kansas City had an accident and when roadside assistance contacted the Columbia office on Providence the assistant manager made up lies and hold them I did not have insurance did not have coverage do not give me another vehicle so therefore I was stuck paying over $200 in cab fares and having to rent another car later in the day and having to pay for another person to come and help me for their gas so I was out of pocket close to $500 just for one day's bad experience of an accident and I had full coverage insurance the whole time but the assistant manager took himself to do all this damage to me and cause me all these problems. I am totally devastated by this incident. When I try to make the manager reimbursed me she kept on saying all she wanted to do was put me in another vehicle I don't want another vehicle I'm devastated by those people and I think they should have to pay me so no I do not suggest you rent any vehicles from this location that are no good

Final cost was just as they said it would be. Vehicle was a 2018 Nissan Rogue, low mileage, clean and comfortable to drive. No problems.

Disappointed. Car was not ready when I arrived. Then tried to give me a dirty car. I look at this no different then staying in a hotel. You would never accept a dirty room. Seem like I was putting them out the whole time I was there. For a service business, this local downtown Columbia, Mo branch needs improvement. Very disorganized, dirty, was not even offered a cup of coffee, keys all over the place, inappropriate music playing, no customer parking, cars all over the place, no attention to detail.

Great location with excellent customer service. I love how they are always available to answer any questions , and the cars are nice.
