Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I didn't experience anything negative here, but I was prepared to from reading the other reviews. I booked online, and showed up early to pick up the car that we booked a day and a half earlier. They were ready, and the intermediate car turned out to be a new, small SUV. It was a nice surprise, and didn't cost any extra. Brought the vehicle back when it was due (a few hours early) and got a discount for dropping it off ahead of the time we said we would. Everything went seemless. We will for sure rent from there again. (And hopefully have a similar, friendly, experience)

I made reservations to rent a car to drive to a family funeral that was out of state. When I showed up at 8am they did not have the reserved vehicle available nor did they have ANY vehicle to rent to me. They told me I could make the 1 hour drive to the Blue Springs location which had one vehicle but they said it was first come first serve. If someone wanted the vehicle before I could get there it would be gone REGARDLESS of our reservation. I mean doesn't that defeat the purpose of a reservation? Being limited on time, I said I would wait until they could get me a vehicle at the location. After 3 hours of waiting they finally had a car delivered and was able to leave but due to the delay, I was not able to make it to the visitation services in time to attend. I was very disappointed in the entire process. On top of everything the car they gave us was not the vehicle we had reserved. It was VERY tiny and VERY uncomfortable to have 4 adults traveling 14 hours straight.

Corporate is a freakin trip... the corporate phone service is wacked out. However the actual employees at this location were super friendly and accommodating, and very understanding. The review doesn't matter though since they are the only rental car option in Warrensburg.

The experience I have had with Enterprise at this specific location was utterly the worst experience I have ever had. No cars anywhere and one of the workers there was arrogant, rude, and I will never want to conduct business with him again. After speaking with locals of Warrensburg, they had nothing good to say about this location either. I am surprised at how I was treated. 2/13/18- update: Ray and Robert were the only two helpful individuals in that place.

They forgot about me and my appointment, said he would pick me up and forgot about me for the next 45minutes. Upgraded me to a premium car but that was also due to the fact he rent my reserved rental while he forgot me. People working here are pleasant but God forbid if you ever have to call as you will never get ahold of them in a timely manner. Overcharged for my rental. Would never use location again.
