Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not sure why the negative reviews for this location but Josh and his whole staff deserve 5 stars! After my wife totaled our her car, they were quick and prompt into getting her into a rental vehicle for the duration of the claims process. When I went and picked up the SUV, it was clean and exactly as described and dropping it off was just as easy and smooth. I will definitely do all of my rental needs from this location. Thanks again guys for making a stressful time a little easier on her!

Made my reservation at very short notice because budget informed me I couldn't use my debit card at the very last minute. But they let me book it with the card, which made no sense. Tyler was very helpful when I arrived. And it was a very smooth process for my first rental. I'll go here again. Especially for the customer service. Two thumbs up.

I was driving from Des Moines to Arkansas on Friday and we got a flat tire. We assumed this would cause a major delay in our trip. However when we arrived at the Liberty Enterprise location they were able to switch us out immediately and get us back on our way. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, we could not have asked for a better experience.

Miserable place to go now. They have changed there policies, you CAN'T RENT A CAR HERE WITHOUT A MAJOR CREDIT CARD OR YOUR LIFE HISTORY. I have rented from them several times in the past but now they think I'm a risk I guess. One employee at the Noland road store was a smart A and hateful as well. I well NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Had a great experience at the Liberty, MO location. Jack was excellent (I loved his tie!). Great little car for a trip to the east coast. No problems.
