The full size vehicle we reserved was not available, but Enterprise graciously upgraded me to a larger vehicle and provided a free tank of gas.  However, after traveling for one day, we needed to exchange the truck we got (Nissan Frontier) for a full size so that we could store things in the trunk of the vehicle.  Although we rented the vehicle at Kansas City airport, we were in Des Moines. We called the Enterprise location there and were told they also did not have any full size vehicles at the time we called.  However, we planned to travel to Minneapolis that afternoon.  So we contacted that location and they did have a full size vehicle.  The exchange was very smooth and quick.  We were very pleased.

The service was fast and easy. I recommend booking a rental car in advance because when we spoke with a service member, there was a chance that there would be no cars left and we would have had to settle with a minivan. The employees were very polite and walked through every step with us so it was a pleasant experience.

Very close to the airport with a free, frequent, convenient shuttle, I experienced no waiting time. Also at the rental kiosk, I had a quick in and out both when I picked up the car and returned it. The workers were knowledgeable and well prepared. They immediately returned my gasoline deposit because I filled the car before returning it. The car was also clean and ran well. It was a good experience over all and I would recommended the Enterprise Rent-a-car on Paris St. Kansas City MO.

Very happy with the vehicle we rented.  Our rep was great!  Only reason I gave a 4 star vs. 5 star is because we were quoted $8 per day for our upgrade, and each day was charged at $10.  But overall, very pleased!

Enterprise at MCI airport was wonderful. Charles in particular took wonderful care of me after a not so great experience with another car rental company. Thank you again!
