Hertz Rent A Car

This was a last minute rental for a graduation in Illinois. They were unwilling to give me the vehicle I reserved because it smelled bad so I got one with the same number of seats at the same price. It was great! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The 25% discount from USAA definitely is a nice perk. They answer all your questions with a smile no matter how dumb and you never feel pushed off the lot. I'll definitely be going back in the future! Thanks Hertz!!!!

Wow, that’s the one word for my experience. After having a very sketchy experience with Avis (which was bad enough to result in a BBB compliant) I decided to give Hertz a try. The difference was night and day! Andrew was the guy that helped me out, and in addition to being incredibly fast, the service was amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, Andrew has made me a Hertz customer for life!

The pick up was quick and easy, the car was fantastic. My only disappointment was the added cost if we wanted to drop the car off at another point. The cost jump astronomically and was way out of line with other car services. This caused up to have to return the car back 3 hours from where we were, and rent from another facility at well over 75% less then what Hertz was charging. Very disappointed especially being a Gold member.

The 8130 north Metcalf location is the best one in town the manager & staff all work to help take care of customers in a timely fashion. Anytime I'm in need of a rental be it business or leisure this is my ho to location. Stop in anytime & tell them I sent you.

Very very customer friendly. I was late for a flight and got a ride to the departure by the operations manager. Use them every time I’m in Kansas City!
