Hertz

I'm fairly new to the car rental game but I also research almost everything before I agree to anything. Based on reviews I almost didn't rent from this place while my vehicle was going in for repairs but needed something to drive. The guy which I wish I could remember his name was extremely polite and greeted us when we walked in the door. The vehicle was clean and in very good shape. Shop needed the car for an extra day to make sure all repairs were done correctly and they accommodated me with no issues. If I have to ever rent a car again I will most definitely rent from them again. Best company I've dealt with.

I have used this Hertz location a half dozen times over the years and had good experiences. Clean cars, good service and only one minor problem. One rental had the ac go out on me while on the road (in August). Pulled into a Hertz location in Tulsa and they had me in a new car in 30 minutes.

I didn't even proceed past the review section of the website. I immediately became concerned when 2 out of 3 reviews were negative, almost scathing. But what convinced me that something wasn't right about this place was when I read 2 positive reviews from 2 completely different people which read WORD FOR WORD EXACTLY THE SAME. These were clearly fabricated and that speaks volumes. Enterprise, here I come.

I'm guessing maybe management or something has changed since some of these reviews. Our service was phenomenal. worked quickly, was personable and even accommodated us when we wanted to upgrade our car last minute. The car was clean, filled with gas (of course) and we go to our destination with no problems! I appreciated the time took with us rather than rushing us out of the office (since we were there right before closing). Very very good customers service and I definitely plan on renting through this location again!

These are the worst car rental . I booked through third party , then they charged me .. but Guess what , they close at 6 pm ..and if u arrive 605 pm ..they close and u don’t get your car . And still they fully charge u . I called their assistant manager mr Dave F. He was it is your responsibility to check the hours , and I don’t wait after 6 . Told him the the Third party don’t put the hours of your location . He answered , it is your responsibility to check .... and here is my name Dave F . Go call the customer service .awful
