Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an excellent experience renting my car. Michelle was amazing. I had just traveled on three different planes to get there and I was exhausted and miserable. Enterprise cheered me up . So easy.

Very professional and very knowledgeable about their jobs wish I could rent from these guys more often but sadly I own a car so I don't have any use in renting from them but I definitely refer my friends and family to them.

MY 20 year old son and my 22 year old daughter recently had a fender bender with each other and had to get a rental car while there cars were in the shop. They both were forced to take a 2018 Charger and regardless of me pleading with the staff to give them a front wheel drive, they said that was all they had and that it was front wheel drive; I think they should have a better selection of vehicles available especially in inclement weather due to sports cars being worthless on bad roads. It all worked out OK, and staff was adequate but I have had better experiences with that company in the past. While we were getting our vehicle other people were being given better choices, it seemed as if they had issues getting people to take the Chargers and so because my insurance was paying the bill they used that as an opportunity to push the less desirable vehicles on us. :-(

The customer service by Michelle was amazing. I appreciate your Patients in waiting for me. Thank you! You was so friendly and kind. Just an amazing person. Over all great service, clean vehicles and a great experience.
