Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Direct billing was not added to my order and neither was the tax exempt status. The car I scheduled was not there but a suitable alternative was available and I enjoyed driving it. Check and out was smooth and I appreciated being able to prepay for gas and not have to stop to fill back up. All agents at Springfield airport in Missouri were very helpful. Overall, my experience was good other than the billing snafu.

Great customer service! Our vehicle was upgraded. And when we returned our vehicle we inadvertently left a package in it. They called us that same day! We were able to get the package before leaving town! We will definitely use them again!

The SUV rented was in great condition and the checkout process was easy and quick. I didn’t appreciate the method used to sell their additional liability insurance. After telling the agent that my personal auto insurance covered all potential issues, the agent gave me a warning that Missouri is a no fault state and if my car is damaged in any way by anyone, I will be responsible for a daily fee until the car is repaired. He was abrupt and displayed his disdain for my unwillingness to buy his added insurance. Good car, good price but a poor agent.

Be careful, they are not best at keeping your rate. I booked online and the total was less than $100. The rep billed me way more than that, I talked and it went down. But why you did it in the first place? a misty. The car was clean and ready though!

Fair service, the rental was not too clean & cost was expensive for 1 day.
