It's always a pleasure to work with the Campbell Ave. Enterprise Branch in Springfield. All the guys and gals there are professional and so nice. They always work with me to make sure I'm in the vehicle I need. Thanks Alex,Josh,Daisy and everyone else !

We rented twice with this location this year. First in October when we rented a car for three days and just this Monday for a day. The first time we rented was great! We made the reservation online with no problems and picking up our car was a breeze. Allen rang us out in a quick professional manner and had us on the road in less than a half hour. We were very pleased. So when I needed a car again (but this time just for the day) I felt comfortable making reservations through them again. I went in to pick up the car and started to repeat the process in the exact same manner as just two months ago. Only this time the girl informed me that they couldn't put my rental on my debit card with out my pay stub with current address and a home bill for my address with my name on it. I was blindsided by this and told her I hadn't done this before. I called my husband and waited around 20-30 minutes while he found the paper work and drove it to the office. Meanwhile I inquired when the policy changed and I was informed it was always that way. I let her know we'd rented with out all this paper work two months ago. She retrieved her branch manager for me. Allen the very same man who made our previous rental so easy was brought to deal with me. He informed me they always asked for this paperwork and no way had I rented previously with out it. I let him know I had, just back in October. He apologized for his employee who clearly didn't do it right and so forth. When I told him he had helped us with our previous rental he blew me off saying he always followed the guidelines. Uh nope. I don't expect special exceptions to be made for me but I really didn't expect this and there for didn't prepare for it. I was late to my appointment and my whole day was rushed by this. If he had handled this properly the first time instead of giving us unknowing special treatment I would have brought the appropriate paper work and everything been fine. Instead I was late and made to look like fool for a half hour. As if i was a crabby customer who expected special treatment and didn't get my way. To make matters worse Allen the branch manager laughed it all off and continued to deny he had any fault in this. Instead he let an imaginary coworker take the fall. Poor management and I really feel bad for his staff who have to deal with disgruntled customers because he gives out special treatment and then they look like the bad guys when they follow the rules.

My 20 year old granddaughter just left this Enterprise feeling so much better. I don't know the name of the gentleman who helped her, but he was extremely kind and helpful. And as he gave her the keys and showed her all the different points of the car she needed to know, he gave her $5.00 because the hold on her checking account cleaned her out. I have always used Enterprise and now I have a reason to continue using Enterprise. Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! Now she is on her way home for Christmas break as her car is waiting to be towed to a body shop for repairs.
