I made an appointment on a Friday for the coming Monday. I explained I had to be at work by 9 and they said it didn't take long at all to rent a car there. Well I get there right on time for my 7:30 appointment and was informed I had to come back in the afternoon because they can't rent a car first thing in the morning. That is their busy time. There wasn't a soul in the lobby and only one person in the lot cleaning a vehicle. I have never left somewhere so upset. It didn't matter that I made an appointment and it didn't matter that they told me I could rent a car at my appointment time. I have never heard of making an appointment to come in and make another appointment. That was absolutely awful and so upsetting. I have already begun telling everyone about my experience. I called enterprise on Campbell and they got me in last minute. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with a car. They actually had multiple customers in their lobby and still took care of me. Hertz is a joke.

THEY were very professional as well as provided kind, knowegdable information about what was availbale on their lot.
The best experienced over the few times I've needed to rent a vehical, over the last ten years, hands down.
I found them friendly, fast and got the best vehicle, which was well kept, while they are also with AAA, I the better deal too. I'm thankful they helped me brainstorm my travel needs and as per this writing, towards the halfway point, everything is rolling smoothly over many miles crossing several stated.
Highway, and suburban traveling only, of course.
I chose Hertz cuz I was assured that if anything breaks down they will have a replacement vehical as soon as humanly possible, anywhere in the US.. and they only rent 2017 as the oldest models available.
Safety is most important. But comfort is also way up their on the priority lust.
Now I know the car I'm driving over a week is exactly what was needed, and has been way more comfortable, over this journey.
Nice SUV, with great bluetooth and speaker system to boot.
Its been a little weird getting used to the new push button start switch, in this new model though.

This was a terrible experience. Gold members with this company. We’ll be doing business elsewhere from here.

Easy drop off. Hard to see from the street. Just go behind the Family Dollar.

Made reservation 2 days in advance and when I picked up the car it was absolutely filthy on the outside. Car had just came in the night before I picked it up and I had to go back to my house and wash all the exterior windows and side mirrors before I could leave town. The car looked like it had been driven in a winter snow storm, I should have walked out and went somewhere else. They will never again get any business from me and hopefully everyone I know after I spread this around.
