BUYER BEWARE!!  Fine print states a much higher rate than quoted in the event you have to keep the car longer.  I was quoted $40.99 a day and got charged a weekly rate changing my fee to $58.55 a day with no advance warning of the higher rate.  PLUS an extra $40 they called "Overstay Fee".  Other rental car companies do not try to hide things like they did.  I gave them a debit card to use to cash out and realized after the fact they charged my credit card on file - going over my limit. When I called them about it, they acted like it was all my fault.  What happened to a little common curiosity?

I tried to reserve a car online. A pop up told me to provide my email and get a coupon for up to 30% off. I did so. I received an email. I followed the link. The website now says "Discount Applied", but the prices were exactly the same. Not a penny different.
Scumbag fake coupon giving jerks. Not trustworthy.

Booked a rental car 1 week in advance. Came in to get a car and was only offered a  pick up truck or 20 person church/passenger van. No thanks

No place to leave your vehicle when you rent theirs and they really don't care.

reserved a Chrysler town and country online for a family vacation and when I got to pick it up they didn't have the correct vehicle. I received a dodge caravan sport which was way more compact than a town and country. when I got there, the guy at the counter was not apologetic about it and said that we were not allowed to exchange it at another location and he said I rented it so I got whatever they had. It was uncomfortable and not what I reserved to rent. Then when I returned it, the lady at the front counter seemed too busy on her phone to even pay attention to checking our car back in. She was VERY rude to my dad. All in all it was a very unfriendly experience and I would reccomend going to Enterprise if you want to rent a car. They give you what you order or if they don't have it they make it worth your while. This place SUCKS.
