If I was forced to say something nice about this location it would be the nice sunflower photo on the wall I guess. After an hour of being here the system has crashed 7+ times for their computers and nobody has apologized, told me how long it might be, or shown any indication or remorse. The location itself was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, filthy dirty. The customer service was the kind you get from a strip club bouncer after last call, and their attitude reflected such. I have been using Hurtz for years and I will absolutely make sure to never come back to another Hurtz again. LEARN TO BE POLITE OR AT LEAST CIVILIZED

The customer service was good. The car was crappy though. I got a Toyota Corolla and the cruise was aftermarket. It wouldn’t work. I turned it on, set it, it said I was going 70mph, then it felt like I was hitting the brake and the spedometer said 60 and decreasing, but the cruise said it was still set at 70. The whole 5 days I had this car, I couldn’t use the cruise. I only used it to get to school and back so it did what I needed it to do.

After two days of speaking with customer service representative David, to find why I was charged so much for the rental when insurance covered the majorty. He confirmed that someone had closed the rental out three days later. Finding the source of problem being it their fault they refused to reimburse the wrongfully charged amount telling me it would be 7 days or more to get the funds back ,whether it be, negligent or fraudulent in any customer service business when someone is wrongfully overcharged you immediately refund the payment especially after it's cleared the bank which he also confirmed, moral of the story this is just bad business and never use your debit card there. Imagine that, a multimillion-dollar company refusing to return a wrongfully charged debit of $126.00 back to your account.

If you don't have anything nice to say..... The lady working there was working hard and doing her best. There, that was nice.

Had a bad experience here. I rent cars all the time from other companies with no issue. Left here without my reserved vehicle and picked one up down the road at Enterprise. Guy at counter wasn't in the mood to help and walked me out the door at 6:00. Was given a 5:45 reservation time by a live person at Hertz, then later when I called to try to figure out how to get a car and resolve my problem, they told me they don't give reservations later than 5:30. Have a 200$ deposit that isn't described during booking. I didn't know what it was even for until after he was walking me out the door.
