I have been using Enterprise for several years, and tend to do all of my business rentals through the store in Lenexa. Between my husband and I, we are in the store at least 3-4 times a month, usually more. In the past, managers can call us by name when we walk in the door - five star rating every time. Recently, turnover of employees has been extreme and the level of service has decreased. The last rental was disappointing. The car smelled like cigarette smoke and the full-sized rental was not typical of what I get from Enterprise. No cruise control, very cheap interior - not a full-size. I ended up leaving the car on my driveway and taking my own car on the business trip. Thankfully, management didn't charge me for the car. After a few rental experiences like this, my husband and I have discussed either finding another Enterprise location to rent from or another company.

Made an online sameday reservation to rent a car from Saturday to Monday, for which I received a reservation number. Upon arrival to this Enterprise location, I was told that they have no cars to rent and basically my reservation confirmation number was useless....
Seriously? Why have an online booking tool that does not check inventory, or at least warn you of the possibility of the location being low on inventory....
Tried using Enterprise out of convenience, I guess I learned my lesson... National and Hertz NEVER turned me away.... As info, I travel at least every month, and never have run into this issue...

Please do not do services here. My car was smoky, dirty and the plugs did not work. Drove 600 miles without a charger. However, the manager(lady)is awesome. She helped get everything figured out

No problems at all. This experience was infinitely better than the last time I rented a car from Enterprise, but that was in Los Angeles. These guys were very friendly and got everything done quick.

Always a great place for customer service. Would have been 5 stars but I hated the car they gave me. Not their fault though
