Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Our car rental experience was fantastic! We rented a car over Spring Break and couldn't have been happier! We arrived at opening to pick up our car which was much earlier then they expected us. They were great and had us on the road quickly. It was chilly that day so they scraped our windows and had the heat on before we left. Our experience was just as good when we dropped off our car. They were quick, thoroughly checked over the car and had us out in minutes. Our salesperson was friendly asked how our trip was and how we liked our car. We will continue to rent from Enterprise.

They are always friendly and courteous. I don't always get the car I reserved but that's understandable since it's a small location. My biggest complaint is I don't get receipts emailed to me which I need for a business expense report. I have to call and ask them for it and they say it hasn't been 'closed out' yet even though it has been several days ago. This has happened to me several times at this location.

They had the vehicle ready on time, used night drop when returning. They called to let me know they had the vehicle and thanked me for using them. Easy process and reasonable pricing.

Not a good experience. Had to wait 45 minutes for the rental pick-up which I had reserved. (Due to a damaged rental just returned). I rented a full size pick-up and was provided with an F-250 diesel monster truck. No running boards, sucked fuel like crazy. Not what I had intended to rent - would not rent this vehicle again.

I reserved my rental, & picked it up yesterday evening. I took advantage of using my bank of over 10years perks (I with USAA Federal Savings Bank) & I am also a Enterprise plus member, being a USAA member & Enterprise Plus member I have to say I am very disappointed in how everything went. From walking into your location to being handed the keys to the Vehicle. I am a widow of a Vet. Upon arrival at this location I wasn't greeted by the staff which 2 employees were there (no name tags) i stated that I was there for a reservation that I had made. After the gentleman started looking at my reservation another client walked in that's when both employees looked at each other and 1 said "switch" (as they exchanged keys) which he probably thought n I didn't hear him or wasn't paying attention, this was very insulting & made me feel like something was wrong with me. & I mentioned about the free upgrade I. Suppose to have with my reservation dude to banking with USAA that's when I was told that I was wrong that I was given a 5℅ discount which don't even cover the taxes on it. I stated that its on my reservation confirmation?. He then looked a bit upset as he said he had to go to the back and see what he can get.. He did not go through all of the extras or anything else but stating the amount due and deposit. Now I added extras to my reservation 1 being Satellite radio. Which was never mentioned, but I .being charged for it?... Upon walking out to the Vehicle it wasn't cleaned, had dirty floor & soda & water bottle rite in console which u can see in the window before opening the door. (Now this is where I thought I would be shown how to use the satellite radio but wasn't after looking on the outside he started it had me sign and then he hurried up and got into the vehicle & said he had to take it to get cleaned???... Now this is not professional in anyway... I was told my copy of the papers I signed would be iny email which never has came... When he returned with the car he gave me the keys and hurried inside. Not showing me if there was anything that I needed help with or explanation of anything or letting me make sure the Vehicle didn't have any problems to be noted..& with this vehicle being push button it should have been explained... Being a widow of a Vet & a business owner myself I am not likely to use this location again. The employees if they worked for me would not have a job. Very unprofessional behavior. Hopefully upon this review I will get a call from the manager before i call in the morning.
