I’ve rented here off and on for 20 years. My last reservation was for April 28, 2018. At 9 am. I showed up at 8:45 am. 15 people waiting in line. One person working at the location. After an hour and a half he had only managed half the people. One person took over half an hour. The guy behind the counter was so slow. He didn’t listen. Customers had to repeat. Not one in the nearly two hours waiting did he ever say a word to all of us standing in line. I finally gave up and left. I walked in front of everyone and told him to cancel my reservation. He took my name and simply said ok. Worse experience renting a car I’ve ever had in my life. I registered for Budgets fast pickup service while standing there. You know. The one they say allows you to avoid the lines? He said i would still have to wait in line. It was my grand daughters baptism. We were late and ended up driving our own car.

Yikes. Showed up at 11:40a.m. on Sunday to drop off a rental truck. They are open until 12:00pm on Sunday. However, everyone was gone, doors locked. So, after speaking to 5 different people from the national call center, to the truck department, customer service, back to truck center, all over about 35 minutes, I was told I can drive 13 miles to another store to drop the truck off. I let them know I don't work for Budget, and when their employees close a store early, it does not become my imposition. I travel most every week for work and rent cars most weeks. I feel comfortable saying Budget will never be a consideration for my next rental.

This is the second time we have used this location hoping the first time was just a one time bad experience. The first time they couldn't find our reservation and they charged us a second day with the moving truck when we turned it in on time. They fixed that after a few weeks on our bill. This time we needed an SUV for one day to drive some family around. We filled up the car and dropped it off 20min before our drop off time and filmed it for proof. Still got charged a second day and we had a $115 charge on our card. The corp office we called had no idea why since nothing was in the system. They said both charges would be removed but they haven't. So now we are fighting that. That's ALSO in addition to paying online to reserve the vehicle then the store charging us the same amount. When we were picking up the car and she told us she ran our card we asked why when the charge has been made online. She laughed and said we should never pay online only in the store. We told her the online site doesn't give you an option to reserve without pay. She told us to not do online in the future. So in the end our $140 car has cost us over $500 and things are still being worked out. NEVER going again!

Horrible! I have been dealing with them for a week now trying to get a billing situation taken care of. They charged me for an extra day of service for which is not the case. They even told me that the person at the facilty did not enter the stuff in until the following day. I was told I would be refunded within 3-5 business days a week ago. Just got off the phone with them and now they are saying 10 more days. Absolutely ridiculous! NEVER using budget again. I am adding on to this. It has almost been a month, and still no progress. Mandy B is just horrible. Doesn't care about anything and will do nothing to help you. I have tried to meet up with Mike but It was a no go. Wasn't even there for our meeting. I have been emailing Avery for over a week with no response. Who hires a district manager that does not even care to respond to customers? I have shown video proof that my claim they gave me was nonsense, but they just dont care. At all!

Horrible!!! They did not give me a comparable vehicle to what I selected online, so I ended up spending twice the amount of money on gas than what I budgeted for. About 2 hours into our road trip the "check engine" light came on and i couldn't get ahold of ANYBODY at the company to help me. They took more out of my account than what they told me it was going to cost, even the reciept they gave me is for less than what they took. NEVER AGAIN!! I will be contacting the FTC & the Attorney General's Office about the financial discrepancies. I encourage others to do the same
